Some people affect you profoundly, but anything can affect you profoundly, even a lifeless stone can, if you are in the space of profundity.

To stay in this space one must have an open mind and an ability to see the universe in a little speck of dust if need be. For the universe resides in these places almost unnoticed, silently, contently at peace with itself.
